By utilizing the services of Stayzoa, User acknowledges that Stayzoa makes no representations as to the validity of the incentives offered by third-party companies that user may be connected with, and agrees to hold Stayzoa harmless as to incentive programs or offers by such third-party companies. Further, User understands that they are solely responsible for verifying the actual pricing, or other terms of any incentive programs, along with any restrictions, or further disclaimers by such third-party companies. Stayzoa is expressly released from any and all claims that may arise from use of incentive programs offered by third-party companies. By utilizing these services, User represents that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of use set forth herein. Users wishing not to be bound by this clause should not utilize the services of Stayzoa. In the event of any dispute, User agrees to binding mandatory arbitration to be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), and to follow all of the AAA’s rules and regulations applicable to any such dispute. LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: The Parties herein agree and acknowledge that any damages resulting from claims arising in any way from this Agreement shall be capped at the value of any commission earned by Stayzoa. The Parties each expressly waive and release each other from liability in any amount in excess of such value.
